How do I upgrade my subscription plan?

You can upgrade instantly from your account settings. Your new plan takes effect immediately. Subscription credits reset based on billing cycle, not calendar month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll only be charged the difference between your current and upgraded plan price, prorated for the remaining time.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Refunds are available for accidental purchases if you submit a request within 24 hours and no credits have been used. If services do not meet the terms and policies published on our website, you may also apply for a refund. To submit a refund request, contact customer service with your account email, order/invoice number, and explanation. Refund requests are subject to applicable laws and third-party payment platform rules, and once processed, refunds are irreversible.

You can download your receipt/invoice after completing a payment by following the steps below:

For Stripe:
1. Go to ⚡ Credits → click "Manage Subscriptions" at the top of "Membership".
2. Under "Invoice History", click to download your invoice.

For PayPal:
1. Go to ⚡ Credits → click "Manage Subscriptions" at the top of "Membership".
2. In PayPal, click "Activity" in the top navigation bar. Select the corresponding payment order from your transaction history. Open the order details page and click "Print details" to download or save your invoice/receipt.
